1.)Health and Wellness Medical Innovations warrants the HW3300v1 Commercial-Grade Percussive Therapy Apparatus from defects in materials and/or craftsmanship for a period of three (3) years.
2.)The purchase date on the receipt marks the first day of the three (3) year period.
3.)Product(s) must be used in accordance with the “Operating Steps” in the HW3300v1 User manual.
4.)If warranty exchange occurs within year one (1), please ship back the product with a money order for $29.99
5.)If warranty exchange occurs after 365 days and before the end of the three (3) year period, please ship back the product with a money order for $99.99.
6.)All warranty exchanges must be initiated by a Warranty Exchange Authorization. Please contact support@hwmedicalinnovations for more information.
HW3000R6v1 Two (2) Year Limited Warranty
1.)Health and Wellness Medical Innovations warrants the HW3000R6v1 Premium Percussive Therapy Device from defects in materials and/or craftsmanship for a period of two (2) years.
2.)The purchase date on the receipt marks the first day of the two (2) year period.
3.)Product(s) must be used in accordance with the “Operating Steps” in the HW3000R6v1 User Manual.
4.)If warranty exchange occurs within year one (1), please ship back the product with a money order for $29.99
5.)If warranty exchange occurs after 365 days and before the end of the two (2) year period, please ship back the product with a money order for $59.99.
